SUBJECT LEADER IN FRENCH
MPS/UPS + TLR 2A (£2478)

Required for September 2010, a dynamic and ambitious teacher to join a team of 13 specialists.  This is an exciting opportunity to work within a large, vibrant MFL department.  The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teaching and learning in French, and must be able to teach French to KS5 and Spanish to KS4.

Required from September 2010 to develop and implement the school's SEN strategy and policy.  The role will also involve taking responsibility for the day to day provision made by the school for students with special educational needs.  The SENCO will provide professional guidance in the area of special educational needs in order to secure high quality teaching and learning and the effective use of resources to raise standards of achievement for all students.

TIMETABLE & EXAMINATIONS OFFICER
37 hours per week term time only + 14 days
Scale PO2 actual salary £26273-£28536 pa

The above position will involve responsibility for the electronic construction and maintenance of the school's timetable, some elements of student data tracking and leadership of the team of staff responsible for the administration, organisation and smooth running of internal and external examinations.  This post will be of interest to administrators already in an educational setting, or teachers with excellent ICT skills looking for a change in career.  Experience of using school based Management Information Systems to a high level will be essential.
