Reduce Stress in 2008 (SPRING TERM) |

A new basic five-week course for both men and women to help the individual reduce their stress levels. Learn how to do head, neck, shoulder, hand and foot massage on yourself or a partner. No clothing to remove and no oils to use, just gentle massage techniques to learn. (Note: separate fees apply). |
