A new course for our Programme, for anyone who would like to be able to decorate cakes for different occasions. A variety of techniques will be taught, such as piping, modelling and creating flowers out of sugar paste.

Chinese Calligraphy

Develop your interest in Chinese calligraphic brush work, learn how to master brushwork techniques and develop your ability to express ideas and feelings.  Over time expand your new skills to produce landscapes as well as abstract art.
