LOST PROPERTY

ALL PROPERTY SHOULD BE CLEARLY MARKED WITH THE OWNER’S NAME

It makes it easier to return missing items to their owners

Any found ‘Lost Property’ should be handed in to Mrs Bullock in the PE Department.

If you lose something, inform your Form Tutor immediately and then enquire at break, lunch time or after school via Mrs Bullock in the PE Department to see if it has been found.

VALUABLES

You may not feel that your personal possessions are valuable.

BUT, EVERYTHING IS VALUABLE – pens, bags, mobile phones, designer clothing, trainers, football/rugby boots, etc.

Students are advised NOT to bring into school:-

  • Expensive items, e.g. clothing, footwear, jewellery, etc
  • Large sums of money
  • Mobile phones
  • Radios and personal entertainment equipment

The School cannot be held responsible for these items if they go missing.

MOBILE PHONES

If, against the School’s advice, students choose to bring a mobile phone into school, it must be switched off and kept out of sight throughout the day, including at break time and lunch time.

Mobile phones will be confiscated for the rest of the day and a negative comment placed in the Student Planner where this rule is broken.

Property left on buses – Students should contact Metro’s Lost Property Office on 0113 381 5027 after 11.00 am
