The Open Evening takes the format of short video introductions from the Headteacher, Head of Sixth Form and Senior Students, video tours of the Sixth Form and a short video presentation from each available subject, including the views of some of the students who study that course.

We recommend that you and your child watch the videos for all the subjects that they may be considering in order to get a clearer understanding of these courses.

The Virtual Open Evening is designed to inform students and parents about the options available in the Sixth Form at Prince Henry’s and supports the important process students must go through when making decisions about their education post-16.

All of our courses are Level 3 (advanced level) with the exception of Maths and English which we offer as a GCSE re-sit for students who don’t attain a grade 5 in the summer. If advanced level study is not appropriate or of interest to your son or daughter then please telephone the school to make an appointment to discuss alternative options with a member of the careers team.

If you have any further general questions about Sixth Form, you will have the opportunity to book a video appointment with a member of the Sixth Form team on Wednesday 11th November between 3.30pm and 6.30pm.
