As well as the school buses organised by Metro, Otley is very easy to get to by public transport, with regular buses coming in down the major arteries from Leeds through Horsforth, Guiseley, Menston Headingley, Adel, Bramhope and Pool in Wharfedale, as well as along the Wharfe Valley from Ilkley, Ben Rhydding and Burley in Wharfedale.

The train station at Menston, which serves stations from Leeds, Bradford and Ilkley, has a regular bus service to Otley Bus Station. Otley Bus Station is a 10 minute walk from Prince Henry's.
