  • STUDENTS CELEBRATED FOR ACHIEVEMENTS

    Students from last year’s Year 11 and 13 at Prince Henry’s were rewarded for their achievements in all areas at the annual Prince Henry's Celebration Evening at the Leeds City Museum Central Arena. Students, invited guests, proud parents and carers and staff all enjoyed the experience. Awards were handed out by sponsors, and the Guest Speaker Chloe Tear - an ex-student, disability activist, blogger and Content Designer at Scope – provided inspiration to all.

  • SIXTH FORM TASTER MORNING BOOKING NOW

  • FOOD BANK INITIATIVE IS A GREAT SUCCESS

    Back with a positive force for good, a group of Sixth Form students at Prince Henry’s have organised their annual food bank donation appeal. Students across year 12 and 13 were encouraged to bring donations to their forms for Otley Foodbank throughout December, with a prize up for grabs for the form group with the most donations.

  • BAA BAAS ARE BACK!

    After a two year hiatus, the annual Prince Henry’s Rugby Fundraising Festival is back on Monday 27 December at 11am. The event, which is hosted by Otley RUFC, with support from Otliensians Rugby, traditionally attracts a crowd of over 500 supporters.

    On Monday 4th October 2021, we will be welcoming Year 6 pupils to our Open Evening, accompanied by a parent/carer. COVID-19 restrictions mean that we need to operate a different format to our usual Open Evening programme. Nevertheless, we are looking forward to giving you a taste of life at Prince Henry’s, and assisting you in deciding the high school to which you wish your child to transfer in September 2022.   • HARD WORK PAYS OFF AT GCSE

    Despite all the uncertainty and challenge of the last two years, students at Prince Henry’s, with the support of their teachers, have produced an excellent set of results. Year 11 students have worked hard to overcome obstacles and have been rewarded with very well-deserved success. An impressive number achieved top grades across a range of subjects, including the much sought-after grade 9 (equivalent to an A*+). In addition, the analysis of results suggests that Prince Henry’s students of all ability levels have achieved well whilst at Prince Henry’s.

    "I am incredibly proud of our students’ achievements this year, especially during the difficult circumstances that have arisen from the COVID-19 crisis. Students may not have sat exams this summer, but they have worked hard during their two-year course and have had to face the uncertainty and many other challenges that are not part of the normal A level experience.
