Students from Prince Henry’s Grammar School will be easing on down the yellow brick road to Emerald City, as they perform the super soul musical, The Wiz, based L Frank Baum’s classic book The Wizard of Oz.

Published 08/01/20Students from Prince Henry’s have been practising the lost art of letter writing in their English lessons, thanks to a connection across the world in Mexico. English Teacher John Walsh has set up the pen friends through Rosie Buller, who used to teach at Prince Henry’s and is now teaching at the Edron Academy in Mexico City.

Over 500 students, invited guests, proud parents and carers and staff enjoyed the experience, as sponsors and Guest Speaker and ex-student, Matthew Walker, Global Senior Brand Director of Arla Foods, handed out awards.
