Year 12 visit Rudding Park
Year 12 & 13 Food Science and Nutrition students visited Rudding Park, to learn how an operation of that size is run.
As well as visiting the kitchens, they had a tour of the site, and a talk from staff, taking them through the challenges and opportunities of the hotel operations.
