What a fantastic End of Season Rugby Dinner at @wplrufc Leeds!
With around 90 parents, players and coaches from the U16 & U18 squads together in one room, it was a brilliant evening celebrating an incredible season and the spirit of rugby at PHGS.
This year has been one to remember two cup wins, huge commitment from the squads, and some outstanding individual performances recognised with well-deserved trophies and awards.
It was also a special (and slightly emotional) moment for some of our U13 players, who have now reached the end of an era after seven years of rugby at PHGS. Watching them grow as players and teammates has been a privilege.
A huge thank you to the coaches for their dedication, time and passion throughout the season the team were delighted to present them with gifts to show their appreciation.
Most of all, it was a chance to celebrate the friendships, effort and memories that make rugby so special.

Pompeii & Mount Vesuvius
Sixth Form Geographers are currently exploring Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius in Italy.
The tour guide was an actual volcanologist- which was an incredible treat! Imagine being able to use his knowledge in your upcoming geography exam.
Huge thanks to Dr Watts and Mrs Edney for organising PHGS first ever trip to Naples and giving our students this amazing opportunity.
We can't wait for more updates when they explore Sorrento and the beautiful Amalfi Coast.
